We can build decks but prefer to stay under 200 square feet. We can also build pergolas and gazebos and will consider small fence jobs under 150 linear feet.

We specialize in outdoor/indoor dining & coffee tables, picnic tables, console & end tables, and desks.

How do you determine pricing for your services?

Accepted Answer

We believe in a collaborative process and prefer working closely with our clients throughout the project to achieve their goals. Our pricing is based on an initial client consultation to determine the type of service and scope of the job. Based on that, we provide an estimate for the client to look over, and if all terms are agreeable, a final quote is provided for signature. The final quote acts as the binding contract for the project and will not change unless the client submits a change order in writing.
